Hiking in Henry Cowell State Park. This redwood was over 2,000 years old when it was felled. We were careful to keep Luke away from any mountain lions - they apparently really like children - according to the posted signs at least. Okay, we didn't really see any moutain lions but Luke really liked seeing the squirrels.
We drove up to Magalia (outside of Paradise/Chicco) to visit Forrest's family. From L to R: Great Grandpa Will, Great Granny Joan, Aunt Kelly, cousin Jordan (6 days younger than Luke), Uncle Dave, cousin Dylan, mommy, Luke, and daddy. It was really fun to see the kiddos together, the family resemblance is very strong, especially in personality traits!
Getting into mischief.
Luke had such a great vacation in California he crashed out and slept the whole plane ride home. And then the whole night through!
